Glassy carbon
Glassy carbon is non-graphitizing form of carbon, which combines the properties of glass and ceramics with the properties of graphite. Key features are: high temperature resistance, hardness (7 Mohs), low density, low electrical resistance and thermal resistance and high chemical resistance. It is characterized by glassy breakthrough and can be easily polished. In electrochemistry it is used for electrodes manufacturing. We offer various forms of glassy carbon: rods, plates and films.
