Corrosion cell kits
Cell kits for electrochemical corrosion measurements. For standard experiments there are 250 ml and 1000 ml volumes available. The kits contain glass vials (also with water jacket), electrodes, caps designed to mount electrodes and other accessories necessary during measurement. In addition to classical electrochemical corrosion kits, there are also Avesta cells and galvanic cells available.

Standard corrosion cell kit
OFFER > ELECTROCHEMISTRY > ELECTROCHEMISTRY ACCESSORIES > CORROSION CELL KITSMoreThe kits consist of glass cells (also available in double jacketed version for temperature stabilization), electrodes, caps adapted for electrodes mounting and other accessories necessary during measurements.
-
Flat cell kit
OFFER > ELECTROCHEMISTRY > ELECTROCHEMISTRY ACCESSORIES > CORROSION CELL KITSMoreThis cell has a volume of 250 mL and is adapted to perform AC or DC experiments on flat specimen. Sample is mounted outside a cell and reaction takes place on the hole of 1 cm² or 10 cm² area.
-
Paint coating test cell
OFFER > ELECTROCHEMISTRY > ELECTROCHEMISTRY ACCESSORIES > CORROSION CELL KITSMoreThis cell is dedicated for testing flat coated material samples (protection surfaces, paintings etc.). The coating cell consists of a glass tube mounted on a square nylon base (surface 100 cm²). O-ring placed between the tested sample and the bottom of the glass body prevents from leakage.

Mini cell for plate samples
OFFER > ELECTROCHEMISTRY > ELECTROCHEMISTRY ACCESSORIES > CORROSION CELL KITSMoreThis cell was developed to evaluate a plate material such as a metal or semi-conducting plate. The sample plate is sandwiched between the two teflon cell blocks.
-
Galvanic cell kit
OFFER > ELECTROCHEMISTRY > ELECTROCHEMISTRY ACCESSORIES > CORROSION CELL KITSMoreThanks to the modular design of the flat cell, it is possible to set two different materials at each end of the cell.

Avesta cell kit
OFFER > ELECTROCHEMISTRY > ELECTROCHEMISTRY ACCESSORIES > CORROSION CELL KITSMoreAvesta cell is an electrochemical cell developed for pitting corrosion testing (ASTM G150). It is designed to avoid microcrevice corrosion formed between the working electrode and the gasket at the bottom aperture of the cell. A filter paper ring placed between the sample and the gasket is flooded by distilled water in order to eliminate crevice corrosion. The water flow is controlled by a peristaltic pump (EL-AV-008) which delivers 0.5 to 5 mL/h.
